Samples & Selection

Can I get samples?

Yes. Small cut samples are free; courier cost is either collected on your account or added to the proforma.

Will the delivered lot match the approved photos/samples?

We share high-res photos/videos of the exact lots and offer virtual or in-person inspections. Natural variation is expected but we match within the agreed range.

How do I request a sample?

Quotations & Pricing

How long are quotes valid?

Normally 7–14 days due to quarry price changes and freight volatility.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes for container loads or recurring projects. Share your take-off and timeline.

What currencies do you accept?

USD, EUR, and IRR. Contact us for confirmation.

Production & Lead Times

Typical lead time?

Tiles/cut-to-size: 1–3 weeks depending on finish and quantity. Slab selection and re-polish: 3–7 days. Custom pieces may require more time.

Can you calibrate and edge-finish?

Yes—calibration, honing/polish, bevel/chamfer, miter, bullnose, cut-outs and waterproof resin/mesh as needed.

Can you handle rush orders?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us for urgent needs.

Packing & Shipping

How do you pack?

Export wooden crates for tiles, A-frames for slabs; interleaf, corner guards and desiccants. Each crate is labeled with item/size/finish/weight.

Which Incoterms do you support?

EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP/DDP in many countries.

What about customs duties?

We provide documentation, but duties are handled by the importer unless DDP is agreed.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Swift TT (USD/EUR), LC for larger contracts, and milestone payments for long projects.

Required deposit?

Typically 30–50% with balance before shipment or against BL copy, subject to terms.

Can I pay via credit card?

Currently, we accept bank transfers only. Contact us for future updates.

Quality & After-Sales

What if something arrives damaged?

We document packing and loading; report within 48 hours with photos. If insured, we assist the claim; otherwise we support fair remedies case-by-case.

Do you provide test data?

Yes—ASTM/EN reports where available, or factory test results. Slip rating depends on the final finish.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are case-specific. Contact us within 7 days with details.
